SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our Sales team. The purpose of this role is to lead, coach and develop a team of AE’s to consistently meet or exceed quota targets and develop an executable strategy for the team, which includes account plans, goals and metrics that drive growth. In this role, you will develop and execute the sales strategy, liaising with partners and focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should build a supporting network - including Marketing, the Partner ecosystem, and global colleagues - to help build a solid team pipeline across all assigned territories.  You will be expected to establish strong relationships based on an understanding of customer business requirements and a commitment to value.  You will be a member of the North America Leadership Team and expected to contribute with the lens of the customer.
As a VP of Sales, you are expected to showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be instrumental in growing the business and responsible for developing and maintaining a strong sales team, always striving for excellence.

      Day – to- Day Duties:
  • Set vision and strategy for the sales team and their territories
  • Actively participate in recruiting for open positions, facilitating SAP Talks conversations with team throughout the year, identifying areas for development based on needs
  • Accurately and proactively report on pipeline, providing a detailed and timely forecast following quarterly linearity targets
  • Provide support and mentorship to AE’s, including participating in client meetings, as well as coaching strategies to drive growth and customer success
  • Identify and help advance anchor sales opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across North America and global organizations
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers across North America
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10+ yrs experience in Sales, with at least 4 years involving complex consultative selling, executive communication, negotiation, territory and account leadership
  • 5+ years in a managerial role
  • Experience in pipeline planning, including a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
  • Functional knowledge of SAP and SAP ERP ECC Modules is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Master’s degree / MBA is a plus
  • Strong track record of team quota achievement
  • An ability to grasp clients’ needs and maximize customer engagement
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
