Job Description:

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the digital storyteller for an innovative pool construction company. Dive into a role where you’ll transform beautiful pool photos into compelling narratives across various platforms. You’ll have the creative freedom to develop engaging video content, manage the company’s growing YouTube channel, and craft strategies that turn followers into fans. This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on creating visual content and building online communities.

Responsibilities:

Craft and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube that showcases our client’s pool projects and expertise
Create eye-catching video content using existing photo assets and Canva
Grow and engage the company’s YouTube subscriber base with regular, high-quality uploads
Act as the brand’s digital voice, responding to comments and messages across all platforms
Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
Analyze social media metrics to continuously refine and improve content strategy

Requirements

Proven track record in social media management, ideally in home improvement or construction, pools and Spas preferred
Proficiency in Tiktok, video creation and editing tools
Expert-level skills in Canva and similar graphic design platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a dynamic team
Please include a portfolio - with proven Reputation Management experience related to the client's business - Pools and Spas, home improvement or construction
