This is a remote position.


Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Miami Time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Handle inbound leads with finesse, assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
  • Effective Communication: Utilize proven sales scripts to engage with leads in both English, guiding them through our offerings and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Collaborate with our Account Executives to secure appointments that align with both client and company schedules.
  • Objection Handling: Overcome common sales objections with confidence and finesse, ensuring potential clients understand the value of our products and services.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by providing prompt, helpful, and courteous assistance to all leads and clients.


Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is highly preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional phone communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-Driven: A persistent and success-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed targets and goals.
