Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope:

  • Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM Overland Park, KS with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

  • Manage communications and scheduling for a director overseeing 18 locations

  • Create monthly summary reports covering staffing, attendance, and client interaction metrics

  • Ensure timely follow-ups on critical emails and tasks

  • Assist in growing the organization through efficient administrative support

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive’s inbox and calendar using shared calendar systems and Motion calendar management tool

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings across 18 different locations

  • Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to create comprehensive monthly reports

  • Follow up on important emails and tasks in a timely manner

  • Assist in tracking staff attendance, appointments, and client family contacts

  • Organize and summarize staffing metrics for monthly reports

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in email management and calendar scheduling tools

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Experience with data compilation and report writing

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the disability services sector
