We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Azure DevOps and Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic development team. You will be part of Tietoevry Create, a leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine user experience and design with software engineering to help our customers grow their business. 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline and automate processes, ensuring efficient deployment pipelines and reliable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and manage Azure-based infrastructure to meet project requirements.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to facilitate streamlined deployment processes.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions on Azure.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
  • Automate routine tasks and streamline operations using scripts and automation tools.
  • Optimize existing infrastructure for cost, performance, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate Azure DevOps practices and tools into their workflows.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting expertise for infrastructure-related issues.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure meets security and compliance standards.
  • Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
  • Respond to and resolve any infrastructure-related incidents promptly.

Job requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience in deploying and managing infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and artifacts.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of Java Spring boot and react. 
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-400 (Azure DevOps Engineer), or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
