Senior Web Experience Designer - Remote in EU

More than 100M people view Prezi’s website each year. We are looking for a talented Senior Web Experience Designer to lead our website's design and user experience and top-of-funnel interactions, with a strong focus on web design, messaging, and site architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern web aesthetics, mobile-first design, and responsive design, with the ability to create seamless, engaging experiences across various devices. In this role, you will take ownership of the website’s design, driving innovation and ensuring it aligns with current trends, user-centered web design best practices, and ultimately drives our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of web interfaces with a focus on modern aesthetics, architecture, and a consistent, user-friendly experience across all devices.
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for web direction, visuals, user experience, and web architecture.
• Conduct user research and usability testing together with the dedicated team to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate design ideas and interactions.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and meet company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web and mobile design, with a focus on modern web design aesthetics and trends.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization 
• Take a proactive role in the website's overall design strategy and structure, building design systems that ensure scalability and design consistency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web and mobile design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both areas, particularly in web design and architecture.
• Experience with Webflow for building and managing responsive websites.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.
• Experience in A/B testing methodologies and tools to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, with a solid understanding of how designs are built and implemented on the web, JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
