Job description

Help Desk Tier III Specialist

Key Role:

Provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a help desk role

  • 2+ years of experience with running batch scripts, debugging tools, and in-depth problem-solving solutions

  • Knowledge of the use of software to track issues and customer interactions

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to interface with customers and engineering teams

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
