Job description

Project Integration Manager, Junior

Key Role:
Provide critical project-level support across a broad array of responsibilities. Ensure projects are adequately staffed and project team members are correctly onboarded and trained. Communicate frequently with internal and external project stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables. Work under direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with subcontract management
  • Experience with IT infrastructure
  • Experience in a flexible environment and interacting with developers, QA teams, and functional managers
  • Knowledge of the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $46,900.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
