We are currently searching for an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead:

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements, document them, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM application.
  • Configure Enterprise structures, Payroll, Benefits, and other foundational setups.
  • Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications with the Area of Responsibility.
  • Work with Oracle HCM Security setup, including roles and security profiles.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to employment/person flow.
  • Utilize Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and personalize them using VBCS.
  • Configure Oracle Journeys based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll and Benefits.
  • Experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations and support projects.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and Benefits.
  • Ability to work with Oracle HCM Security setups.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and VBCS for personalizations.
  • Understanding of Oracle Journey configurations.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
