Bachelor's degree preferred, Significant experience as a 360 Recruiter preferably in Healthcare, Logistics, Technology or IT, Excellent sourcing and consultative skills needed, Strong knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Workday, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes
- Consult with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Communicate consistently with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Source and engage potential candidates proactively via networking and direct outreach
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and standards throughout the hire process
