What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying macro trends, explain drivers behind favorability/unfavourability to targets and help build narratives around disconnect/revenue performance.

  • Responsible for assisting in how the Value Base Management tracks and forecast customer behavior that will result in a prepaid phone disconnect across all ​Brands as well as Revenue growth.

  • Contributing to the production of Value Disconnects forecast for Best View (monthly), Line-of Sight (weekly), Outlook (quarterly),  and Long Range Plan (annually).

  • Contributing to the production of Revenue Growth forecast, Step Rations, Plan Mix, Add on revenue.

  • Developing and streamlining consolidation of forecast models to produce executive friendly slides focused on disconnect drivers 

  • Familiarizing yourself with Value’s data infrastructure and various data reporting source the team leverages.

  • Tracking and investigate actual vs forecast variances to determine variance driver. 

  • Iterating on process improvements and automations that help us become more nimble, proficient, and data-driven in our decision-making.

  • Integrating data from multiple sources into timely, accessible, and relevant reports, ensuring data quality and reliability. 

  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects / requests from senior leaders.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience working with complex data structures.

  • Experience utilizing query tools such as SQL.

  • Experience with forecasting data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Looker.

  • Experience with streamline and automation in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with large data sets in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

  • Data Analytics Experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills with a deep understanding of model architecture, formula efficiency, pivot tables, and macros

  • Experience with forecasting data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Looker.

  • Experience with ETL Tools (Knime, Talend, SSIS, etc).

  • Data Mining experience.

  • Data Modeling experience.

  • Data Science background.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
