  • Manage the distribution of emails and in-app message using automation software

  • Maintain high sender domain reputation and a database of contacts who have opted to receive communications.

  • Actively support new insights and identify areas of opportunity to enhance engagement and product usage

  • Enhance engagement, product usage, and retention through large-scale experimentation and personalized approaches, leveraging APIs, data science models, and behavioral data

  • Collaborate with key business partners, ranging from marketing and product teams to organizational leaders

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Working knowledge of HTML

  • Demonstrated analytical proficiency, including interpreting data, identifying trends, pinpointing causes of performance gaps, and advancing initiatives for performance optimization

  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight

  • Quick to adapt and resourceful, ready to support new opportunities at a moment’s notice

  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding attention to detail
