We are looking for a Communication and Technical Coach based in in our Melbourne office. 

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering onboarding and case manager programs
  • Assessing and providing feedback to the participants of the case manager programs in accordance with the assessment framework
  • Participating in the recruitment process of participants to the case manager training programs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a review process of the case manager training programs for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Allianz Australia’s Learning and Development team to provide continuous learning to Case Managers in their first six months.

 

About you:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Personal Injury environment, particularly as it relates to claims management, and experience in claims management and technical knowledge in the Victorian scheme
  • Ability to plan your own work activities and manage your own time effectively across a number of tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with business leaders and internal and external stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes and translate intent into learning solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
