Minimum of two years of professional experience in paid media and social media marketing. Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns. Proficient in using social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus. Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI. Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content for social media campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad strategies and tactics. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and social media marketing. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign goals. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
