What you'll do
The Role:Â
You'll play a pivotal part in shaping Powerful Medical's creative future. Youâll have the creative freedom to reimagine and revamp our visual identity, website, sales, and investor materials, ensuring they align with our mission and resonate with our target audience. We're pursuing a highly complex technical and scientific endeavor but are looking to explain it effectively using sleek visuals and creatives.
The Short-Term:Â You'll start by spending a lot of time with our CEO, the co-founders and executives, to fully understand every detail of the current status quo, the vision, the product, the target audience and the scientific breakthroughs. The first task will be to work with our CEO to update our investors' pitch deck & vision presentation.
The Mid-Term:Â You'll keep working mainly with our CEO & Chief Medical Officer on materials required for fundraising, customer & scientific presentations; but also take a good look at the company identity and start revamping it, along with the website. At the moment, both are too playful. We'll most likely want to keep our "Powerful Blue #0033CC", but want to move into a more sleek, clinical and scientific direction. A lot of will revolve around visualizing data - we're running 40+ clinical trials at the moment, and the results are amazing. In order to present the data simply, you'll need to have a deep understanding of what it means.
The Long-Term: We don't have a Creative Director. We care deeply about the quality of our visuals company-wide; which includes all domains - website, product (mobile/web) and materials (commercial, events, investors, print, etc.). We'd like to unify our visual language & appearance to explain complex concepts easily. We presume we'll be hiring more designers, where you'd contribute to their hiring & ultimately become their leader.
