Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator/Telemarketer to join our team. This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales persona, with proven experience in generating new leads and nurturing existing clients. Your primary tools will include Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate new leads.
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Provide regular feedback and reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.




Requirements
Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Proficiency in using Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
