Job description

Fullstory is looking for a Data and Systems Analyst to join our People Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Total Rewards and HR Operations. In this role, you’ll dive into people data to support internal business strategy and contribute to regular business reporting for the board. You'll also manage and optimize our HR technology systems, ensuring they are the best fit for Fullstory’s needs.

In a typical day, you might :

  • Audit our HRIS system to identify and resolve any data integrity issues

  • Deliver data analysis and support for key People initiatives, including semi-annual performance evaluations, promotions, employee surveys, talent reviews, and special projects

  • Partner with FP&A on how to optimize or utilize HRIS for financial reporting and workforce and compensation management

  • Evaluate current HR tech stack and vendor contracts for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimization or consolidation

  • Streamline HR workflows across systems so that we can move faster with fewer steps

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets (more than 1,000 rows) and delivering findings via Google slides or alternative reporting

  • Experience managing and configuring software platforms for company-wide use (e.g., an HRIS, or platforms like Salesforce or Jira), with a hands-on approach to making sure the software meets the needs of the people who use it

  • Understanding of the importance of system security and data privacy, and experience ensuring that software tools and spreadsheets are accurate and automated wherever possible

The base salary for this position ranges between $85,000 - $95,000 USD. Base salary will vary based on relevant experience, job-related skills and qualifications.
