Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in Icelandic and English.
  • Provide product and service information to clients and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and performance metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.
  • Support the development of customer service solutions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting.
