Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests from Czech-speaking customers
• Gather detailed information about the circumstances and assess the appropriate response
• Coordinate with service providers to arrange timely assistance
• Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process
• Document all interactions accurately in our systems
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback on customer issues

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• A customer service or support background is an advantage, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with technology and customer support tools
