Location: Dubai
Contract Period: 2 years 
Compensation: Purely Commission-Based (50%-50% split)

Job Requirements:
  • Preferred Nationalities: UK, US, European
  • Age Bracket: 25-35
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree in any field (Degree must be attested by MOFA)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Secondary Market & Off-Plan real estate
  • Certifications: UAE RERA Exam Qualified
  • Languages: Russian, English, or Italian
  • Driving License: Required
  • Immediate Joiners: Preferred
Job Description:
  • Respond promptly to leads, follow up to convert them into appointments, and track client updates using a database system.
  • Identify properties that meet client requirements and arrange viewings to close deals.
  • Stay updated with the real estate market trends, including buying and renting processes.
  • Prepare and submit offers on behalf of clients, negotiate effectively, and oversee the process through to closing.
