Senior DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and automated code delivery.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes across the development and deployment lifecycle, focusing on increasing productivity and reducing manual errors.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance, enabling proactive identification and resolution of issues.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources, ensuring cost-effective use of services while maintaining high availability and performance.
• continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and post-mortem analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• A Minimum of 4 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and DevSecOps principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Familiarity with managing and optimizing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
