Job description

The Senior Consultant will need to have demonstrated extensive hands-on experience in deploying large complex Sailpoint IdentityNow engagements. Prior experience experience in Sailpoint IIQ will be a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as well as the ability to work across multiple accounts and projects at the same time. He/she will be responsible for building and mentoring a team of other consultants within the practice. Should be experienced in managing customers and leading technical calls.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the implementation and delivery of SailPoint IdN from India

  • Lead in all Technology deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule

  • development, workflow configuration and development and third-party system integration.

  • Review customer use cases and requirements and provide feedback

  • Support running technical POCs

  • Work closely with project service and or engagement manager to identify key technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints

  • Develop and maintain solution repository with best practices

  • Share best practices with team members to contribute and enhance the IAM center of excellence

  • Create, engage, and maintain strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders

  • Mentor and coach junior members

  • Able to solo deliver or act as "point" for complex projects

  • Acts as technical escalation point to assist other consultants.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.

  • Design, implement and educate on specific technology build processes, code migration, and source control use.

  • Provide knowledge transfer and post production support activities as necessary.

  • Effective team communicator.

  • Complete administrative project tasks like time and expense entry, status reporting, and project completion reporting.

  • Acts as contributor in Optiv communities for solutions of focus

  • This position is a full-time role averaging 40 hours per week with base work location as Bangalore expected to be hybrid office cadence.

  • The work timings will be 2 PM – 11 PM IST

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/​or qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in consulting in Identity and Access Management projects

  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying large SailPoint IdN engagements.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ

  • Should possess SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ Engineer certifications.

  • Experience in implementing at least 3 large IAM implementations.
