⭐ Join Qonto as a Financial Settlement Controller and play a pivotal role in our CBS reconciliation process at Accounting & Consolidation department. Your mission will be to implement and oversee robust reconciliation processes for our core banking system, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
You will work closely with senior management to optimize financial operations and support strategic initiatives.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Financial Settlement Controller at Qonto, you will:
• Be in charge of the core banking system reconciliation on accounting side (including internal account, suspense account, and operational account),
• Oversee end to end CBS reconciliation process by coordinating the different departments involved (Bank operation, ledger, and treasury),
• Analyze the discrepancies detected on second-level accounting control with treasury and bank operations team,
• Monitor the integration of entries generated by CBS, with bank operation and AMOA team,
• Maintain the chart of account linked to CBS,
• To be the accounting reference/ first point of contact, for any operational development impacting the CBS (product launch, diversification of our banking partnerships, etc.),
• Be in charge of the financials asset and liabilities reconciliation, including P&L impact (such as loan and funds and any other banking product),

• Expert knowledge in financial asset and liability management, with experience in loan and fund reconciliations.
• French & English fluent, written & spoken.
