JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overview

The Solution Architect is responsible to provide industry expertise, collateral development support and to present service solutions on behalf of the Payer Strategy and Success team that result in retaining and increasing revenue with new and existing clients. This role interacts with clients to execute the technical aspects of the sales strategy by developing and building sales presentations that capture the market leading capabilities of Virtix Health’s products and services.

The Solution Architect will work with Operations and the Product Management team focused on products and services for value added response to our clients. This role will also provide with RFIs/RFPs technical responses and partnership with Senior members of the Payer Strategy and Success team to strategize sales approaches and ensure attainment of sales quotas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Leadership to support sales opportunities by assisting with client scoping, profiling, presentation development, overlap analysis, competitive evaluation, and client presentations;
  • Assist with sourcing, identification and qualifying business development leads.  Evaluate and understands the client’s needs and challenges. Offer a business solution which provides value and supports the client’s organizational requirements;
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product & Business Intelligence teams to define project details and conduct data analysis, as required, to support and assist solution provisioning;
  • Participates and leads client meetings in person and remotely. Prepares technical proposals and presentations;
  • Interacts with all levels of client's management team;
  • Provides broad scope responses to client and industry questions;
  • Assist with Request for Information and Request for Proposal responses;
  • Advises clients and internal stakeholders on technical aspects of company solutions including fit to client’s needs, features, availability;
  • Acts as a client advocate as necessary for pre-sales activities and some post-sales activities;
  • Responsible for answering functionality, integration, and usage, and pre-sales support concerns;
  • Maintain compliance with Virtix Health’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Virtix Health’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Virtix Health for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience with sales engineering, preferably in the healthcare industry; 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of technology platforms, systems and tools; 
  • Must have the ability to build relationships and have a proactive communication style ensuring timely status of projects to team and clients. Must be able to extract hidden or unrealized client requirements and gain consensus;
  • Must be able to work through complex issues with a methodical approach;
  • Expert ability to graphically depict solutions in a compelling manner;
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Must be detail oriented;
  • Must be available to travel routinely to client sites; an
  • Experience in or knowledge of the healthcare industry

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time); 
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions; and 
  • Travel for this position will likely be up to 50%. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
