Job description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for transforming complex ideas into intuitive and user-friendly designs. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that enhance the user experience.

Location: Remote (India)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range(INR): 6 to 8 LPA

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and FigJam or Miro.

Additional Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate into engaging user interfaces.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and improve usability.
  • Create style guides, design systems, and components for consistent UI across the product.
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and are optimized for responsiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
