Job description

Quality Engineer – Data Level 2
Location - Remote EST
6 Months – Contract to Hire
Prescreening Details: automated, 5 questions and a game

Note to Vendors
Top 3 skills: backend services - algorithm testing, backend API testing, Postman experience (very heavy on backend - senior level experience), radius automation, understanding the problem-solving they need to act and think like a software developer and test. Goal is to do very little manual testing, majority will be automated

Key Responsibilities

Support quality assurance (QA) programs and processes in alignment with QA strategy and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment with minimal guidance.
Responsible for providing feedback on artifacts developed during requirements and analysis phase within client projects; authoring test cases/scripts; and performing test execution for both project and support related activities.
Lead testing efforts involving coaching, mentoring, code reviews and contributing to improvements to frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
