To join our team, we require the following qualifications:

• Software Development Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, specializing in the creation of responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces using React.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Solid familiarity with the standard tech stack commonly employed in React development, including technologies such as Redux and Material-UI.
• Design Implementation: The ability to meticulously translate design mockups into pixel-perfect web interfaces through effective collaboration with UX designers.
• Cloud and Containerization Knowledge: Proficiency in working with containerized application development within cloud environments.
• Location: Currently residing in the Latam region.
• English Proficiency: An advanced level of English language proficiency.

It would be highly advantageous if you also possess the following skills and knowledge:

• Server-Side Rendering: Experience with Server-Side Rendering, such as Next.js or similar technologies.
• GraphQL API Integration: Proficiency in consuming GraphQL APIs.
• Accessibility Expertise: Familiarity with accessibility rules and standards and the ability to implement them in web applications.
• React Native: Knowledge of creating mobile native applications using React Native.
• SEO-Friendly Development: Ability to develop SEO-friendly applications.
• CI/CD Setup: Proficiency in setting up and maintaining a Continuous Integration (CI) environment to enable continuous delivery.
