Job description

About the team
Zillow is on a mission to rewire the real estate transaction! This team is passionate about driving advertising products at Zillow including products that help agents grow their prospecting pool, expand their ability to win new business, and help their brand stand out. The Demand Generation team is actively driving scalable growth through a blend of traditional and innovative digital channels, employing a data-driven approach to deliver a seamless and unified experience throughout the customer journey. Our close collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales teams, and Business Operations enables us to swiftly adapt our go-to-market strategy based on outcomes, ensuring alignment with revenue targets. Not only are we achieving our business goals, but we are also empowering agents with solutions that simplify their lives, enhance their capabilities, and increase their efficiency!

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our team, tasked with enhancing our acquisition strategy and reducing our time to market. This pivotal role encompasses three primary areas of focus: strategic thinking, content development, and execution. Your primary role will involve crafting essential content to bolster a diverse channel strategy and supporting the execution of assets such as emails, landing pages, and advertisements. The aim is to broaden our message outreach by refining our methods across owned channels and optimizing additional opportunities presented by partnerships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in crafting a buyer experience that delivers value for agents, brokers, and other real estate professionals, while consistently exploring innovative ways to drive demand and optimizing performance through ongoing experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Growth Manager, Product Marketing, Agent Content Marketing, Sales teams, and channel owners to craft engaging channel specific messaging across the customer journey.
  • Generate digital marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, and advertisements, to expedite execution and leverage opportunities presented by partnerships and paid media channels.
  • Identify content gaps and work with the Agent Content team to generate captivating assets for diverse channels, including email campaigns, blogs, digital ads, social media content, and website copy.
  • Continuously test email, ad, and landing page conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, from lead acquisition to conversion.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analyst to monitor and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine campaign strategies continuously.
  • Establish a closed feedback loop with the sales team to optimize campaign performance and quality consistently, while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with visual designers to develop visually appealing assets that drive overall performance and uphold brand standards.
  • Efficiently scope projects and build work back schedules aligned with key business milestones.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to advise and improve demand generation strategies.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company.
