What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead client services on several key linear and digital streaming accounts and supporting the overall client services operation

  • Developing a deep understanding of client marketing and business strategies, goals, and KPIs

  • Analyzing the impact of the video campaign on the client’s business and understanding the interaction with other marketing channels

  • Leading client relationships and establishing open and effective channels of communication, guiding the client's advertising strategy and influencing client growth

  • Coordinating all aspects of the client’s campaign, including: creative development, media planning & execution, strategic optimization, budget assessments, and acquisition analysis

  • Running client meetings and delivering presentations via phone, web, and in-person

  • Supervising and monitoring daily client performance and campaign delivery to ensure that strategies are implemented accordingly

  • Pitching in on media-related tasks when necessary and serving as the liaison between network partners, vendors, and the internal teams

Requirements:
  • 0-1 years of work/internship experience at a startup, internal strategy group, tech company, consultancy or in marketing or finance

  • Comfortable with quantitative concepts; this not a highly technical role, but strong numeracy skills are necessary

  • Ability to understand and analyze data and communicate findings to clients

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically in client-facing materials and presentations

  • Strong personal organization and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • SQL knowledge is a plus

The hiring salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
