Overview:
The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) Analyst will support the team by assisting in all aspects of day-to-day vendor management. This person should have experience in Information Technology, contract management and understand the importance of vendor relationships. This person will be highly organized, able to multitask, and have exceptional attention to detail. As a point of contact between the business and our vendors, your ability to communicate effectively on all levels is essential.
Responsibilities:
· Supports all Medical Solutions’ vendors and Sr. Manager of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement as assigned.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with business units, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
· Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, quickly processing requests, resolving issues, and responding to colleague inquiries.
· Assists in the coordination of the RFP process by conducting market scans, hosting Q&A sessions, collecting responses, and analyzing submissions.
· Supports the process flow of TBM procurement requests as needed to ensure timely completion.
· Identify invoice pricing issues and work with appropriate teams or vendors for resolution.
· Administration of the SharePoint & MS Teams site, including artifacts such as action items, presentations, standard operating procedures, and quick reference guides.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
· Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
· Ability to communicate in a professional, clear, and concise manner (both written and in-person) and effectively listen to others
· Customer service orientation toward Business Units requiring consultation (responsive, consultative, collaborative, and accurate)
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work within timelines.
· Strong knowledge of the Office Suite Products

Pay Range:
USD $60,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
