About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our demand generation engine and generate qualified opportunities in our enterprise business. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of digital campaigns and management of our digital properties, focusing on SEO and content. This role will primarily be responsible for driving inbound demand by optimizing and executing SEO best practices across our website and content. The Digital Marketing Manager will also evaluate and report on the impact of marketing campaigns from both a granular campaign level and business impact level.

 Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our marketing leadership team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, with primary responsibilities including digital asset management, SEO strategy & execution, web management & optimization, and database management.
  • Management of our WordPress website, including updating and creating new pages and general maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, headlines, forms and page layouts to improve user experience and increase conversion rates, continuously analyzing to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings, continuously surfacing content opportunities as well as opportunities for technical improvement. 
  • Ensure existing and new pages are optimized with SEO friendly title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Develop SEO-targeted blog posts, review and revise existing content to increase rankings and update as needed, including writing blog posts, reports, and other SEO-targeted landing pages.
  • Collaborate with content team to generate campaign content that aligns with SEO best practices and drive organic traffic growth.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and company policies across all marketing operations activities and technology.
  • Collect, analyze & report on campaign results and website traffic, identifying critical conversion and drop-off points, key SEO metrics, keyword rankings, recommending opportunities to optimize our lead funnel.
  • Be the go-to person for SEO and website needs of the marketing team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role in a B2B SaaS organization, eCommerce industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO, including SEO principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent SEO writing and copy-editing skills, including blog posts, reports/eBooks, social media, and other content formats.
  • Strong expertise in Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Salesforce is required. 6sense, Hotjar, & SEMrush is a plus.
  • Experience in managing a website, optimizing landing pages, and conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones.
  • Solid project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
