As we continue to support growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist to optimize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts through data-driven strategies and seamless collaboration.

Position Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Technology Specialist, you will play an essential role in managing the tools that power our demand generation engine and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing team to support a variety of initiatives, including the optimization and integration of the marketing tech stack, maintenance of the marketing database, data analysis, email marketing, and optimizing marketing processes. The successful candidate will plan and oversee production processes, manage technology infrastructure, and ensure consistent brand compliance. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Work you’ll do, In this role you will:
  • Data and Analytics Management: Analyze marketing data to generate actionable insights that drive decision-making. Assist in maintaining and updating marketing dashboards and provide reports to monitor campaign performance. 
  • Database Management: Support database maintenance, including data hygiene, segmentation, and manipulations. Ensure data quality and completeness across marketing platforms, while monitoring SFDC/Marketo sync.
  • Email Marketing Support: Assist in the creation, testing, deployment, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. Track email marketing metrics and provide performance analysis. Act as primary owner of Marketo platform and building, optimizing integrations and workflows with the marketing tech stack. 
  • Marketing Process Optimization: Assist in evaluating and refining marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend enhancements to streamline workflows across marketing teams.
  • Production Planning: Plan and oversee production processes for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and voice across channels.
  • Technology Infrastructure Management: Assist in managing marketing technology platforms, including CRM and marketing automation tools, to enhance data integration and workflow efficiency while managing day-to-day management of marketing campaign operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to facilitate smooth communication, foster collaboration, and support the success of marketing initiatives to drive ABM-centric pipeline creation. 

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing technology, data analysis, or related field (internship experience welcome)
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment

  • Experience working with marketing automation, CRM and lead routing platforms, preferably with the following tools:
  • Marketo (required)
  • Salesforce (or other similar CRM required)
  • Ringlead (or other similar lead management solution required)

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or coursework in marketing technology or related marketing technology tools. Recent certifications in marketing operations tools, especially Marketo and Salesforce are highly desirable for this role.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and database management
