Title: Associate eCommerce Marketing Manager
Location: Remote - US
Job Description:
The Associate eCommerce Marketing Manager sits within our eCommerce Marketing team for the Cetaphil and Differin brands in the US market and the role reports up through Galderma’s US Sales organization. This role is instrumental to our eCommerce growth strategy by managing online content and executing strategic initiatives across our brands and customers. This role requires experience with budgeting, content syndication, ecommerce media and performance analysis. You will successfully navigate ambiguity, generate scalable working solutions, and help our team drive eCommerce growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liase between eCommerce leadership, National Account Management, retail media partners and agencies to launch, update and optimize content and media.
- Manage the end-to-end retailer content update process for assigned accounts including collection, publishing, auditing and troubleshooting/resolution.
- Manage assigned content and media budgets.
- Contribute to A/B testing, process improvements and the tracking of key performance indicators.
- Assist with annual strategic planning
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is required.
- 5 or more years of eCommerce marketing experience.
- Syndication platform experience is required; ideally with Salsify and/or Syndigo.
- Cross-functional experience from strategy to execution.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing content and performance media KPIs.
- Experience working with external agencies and retail partners.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
