We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing legal team. The Legal Operations Ironclad Technical Administrator will work closely with the Associate General Counsel and business stakeholders at all levels of the company. As our Legal Operations Ironclad Technical Administrator, you will be key in creating processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal, sales and finance teams.
The Legal Operations Ironclad Technical Administrator is responsible for providing expert-level technical support, implementation, and optimization of Ironclad software. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including the legal, finance, procurement, and IT departments, to ensure successful deployment, integration, and maintenance of Ironclad's CLM solution.
To be qualified for this position:
Education:
Experience:
5+ years of experience using, managing and implementing Ironclad contract management software.
5+ years of experience in technical support, software implementation, or a similar role.
Expertise in handling the utilization and optimization of Ironclad within an organization.
Proficiency in system integration, including API development and management.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent understanding of web technologies, databases, and system architecture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical users.
Knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora and Workday, and specifically implementation opportunities with Ironclad.
Knowledge of legal operations and contract management processes.

Technical Support:
Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Ironclad platform.
Collaborate with Ironclad’s support team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Collaborate with internal business systems support to ensure integration with Salesforce, Workday and other internal applications.
