Job description

Summary:   

The Sales and Social Media Representative will solicit orders from customers and dealers via telephone and email, assist customers with part selection, installation, troubleshooting, pricing and availability.  They will also help develop Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube social campaigns to drive user engagement, generate inbound traffic, strengthen brand awareness, and build customer loyalty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct sales and key orders via phone and email. 

  • Provide customers with tech support including product tech specification, parts selection, application, installation and troubleshooting assistance. 

  • Provide customers with service including pricing, special orders, drop ships, order status and ETA, returns, and order maintenance. 

  • Communicate with Engineering, Quality, and customers to determine the disposition and resolve customer technical questions, quality concerns, warranty claims, and returns. 

    • Serve as a social media representative for Trick Flow Specialties

    • Generate content to build social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc. as appropriate.

    • Respond to customer messages on each social media channel and collaborate with Customer Service team to resolve customer issues.

    • Stay informed on new features, social media tools, trends, and applications for each platform

    • Regularly share feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring with the sales team.

  • Represent Trick Flow at various motorsports events and trade shows as needed. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one year certificate from college or technical school preferred; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  A strong knowledge and understanding of the high performance/motorsports industry and the parts sold by Trick Flow is required. A strong knowledge of Meta, X, TikTok, and other social media platforms preferred, but not required.

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5pm

This is a hybrid role. Training will be 100% on-site for the first 7-8 weeks. After training, regular schedule will be 3 days on-site, 2 work from home.
