Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support assigned accounts
  • Contact vendors regarding open/pending/closed orders
  • Work with sales to be sure customers are receiving outstanding service

You Must Have:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Basic PC skills, including the ability to navigate in a website environment, and proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Time management, organization and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers based on strong interpersonal communication skills and trust
  • Demonstrated record of consistently good attendance/punctuality 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to professionally communicate with customers, account reps and managers via email and phone
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and manage several tasks / projects at one time
