What you will do

  • Take charge of the complete event lifecycle, from the initial planning stages through execution and post-event analysis, redefining both virtual and physical event experiences to optimize participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events are strategically selected and successfully executed, contributing directly to the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage and nurture vendor partnerships to meet event goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and oversee the event budget, set and pursue lead generation and pipeline growth goals, and maintain rigorous tracking of progress towards these objectives.
  • Communicate the successes of events in alignment with the core business outcomes of the company, championing marketing processes and principles.
  • Leverage data to guide decision-making processes and work closely with managers and analysts to develop and implement result-tracking mechanisms.



Requirements

  • 5+ in B2B event management across both in-person and virtual platforms, with a track record of enhancing user engagement. Cybersecurity experience is a plus. 
  • A commitment to excellence in every detail and surpassing expectations in user experience.
  • Experience working alongside inside sales teams, with a deep understanding of how to bolster and expedite their efforts.
  • A data-oriented approach, with proficiency in analyzing event outcomes to generate actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Skilled in using marketing automation and CRM software to streamline and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues clearly and concisely to management.
  • A strong sense of responsibility for the success of core marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments, solving challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
