The Clinician Preference Coordinator I (CPC I) is a part-time, remote role responsible for making all scheduled recruiting lead sourcing calls daily in order to assist production teams. The CPC I contacts new clinician leads and updates provider preferences in our customer relationship management tool, Salesforce

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Lead Sourcing & Salesforce Documentation- 100%

  • Make outbound calls to new clinician leads to discuss availability and interest in locums

  • Assist production teams with lead sourcing assignments and projects

  • Update and maintain provider preference information in the Salesforce CRM database

  • Assist area associates and keep management informed of activities and significant issues

  • Promote the company’s professional image and brand

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide positive customer experiences for external clients in alignment with company quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Able to work 15-29 hours per week

  • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams  

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM systems 

  • Working knowledge of document management systems
