Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Cox Enterprises is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator II to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position. You must be located in the United States of America.
The Role:
The Recruiting Coordinator II at Cox Talent Acquisition (CTA) is key to providing administrative support and optimizing talent acquisition processes within a collaborative, agile environment. The Recruiting Coordinator ensures efficient logistics management throughout the candidate lifecycle, contributing to a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, candidate assessments, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the CTA team.
Administer data tracking and management related to requisition and candidate flow.
Ensure exceptional customer service for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Drive operational improvements and foster team engagement.
Align logistics with CTA's talent management practices, compliance, and diversity strategies.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ HR/recruiting coordination experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
