Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to meet their talent needs.

About Clipboard Health:

Clipboard Health is a post-Series C, extremely fast-growing tech startup with classic two-sided network effects, revolutionizing the market for healthcare talent. We are a diverse and inclusive company with a global, remote team. We’ve been featured on YC’s Top Companies and grown 20x+ since January 2021. There has never been a more exciting time to join our growing team and help us serve even more healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities, who can then better serve patients. As a Product Ops Associate, this includes key responsibilities such as:

  • Systems-Thinking: Leverage first principles thinking to surface systems-level inefficiencies and architect high-impact interventions across critical operational functions within the marketplace.
  • Diving Deep with Analysis: Dig multiple layers deep to the ground floor to understand key operational problems & rationalize business trends to empirical data.
  • Process Design: Map out user journeys & SOPs across various touchpoints, identifying pain points and opportunities for process optimization.

You might be a good fit for this role if you get excited about:

  • Innovation at Scale: Work on cutting-edge projects that leverage emerging technologies such as generative AI to impact thousands of healthcare workers daily.
  • Impact on Healthcare: Contribute to a mission-driven company that makes a real difference in lifting healthcare workers up the socioeconomic ladder.
  • Extreme Ownership: As one of the first hires in a strategic function, there's significant potential for career advancement in an extreme-ownership role as the team and company grow.
  • Cross-functional Exposure: You will gain invaluable experience working across multiple departments, enhancing your understanding of the different parts of a high-growth unicorn startup.
  • High-velocity Startup Environments: Enjoy the dynamism of a startup culture backed by the resources and stability of a profitable $1.3B-valued company.
