About you:

  • You have an university education (medical or scientific education is a plus but not mandatory) and are already successfully working in the sales of pharmaceutical or medical device products

  • You have a proven track record of success in your previous professional activities

  • You are a highly motivated and committed personality with sales talent

  • You understand how to convince your interlocutors with your winning and dynamic manner as well as with your scientific consulting competence to inspire your interlocutors for ConvaTec products

  • You can establish long-term, successful customer relationships

  • You are familiar with modern sales techniques and are driven by the desire for success

  • You are proficient in the use of MS-Office and the Internet

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the Convatec area sales with products of Ostomy Care

  • You constantly increase the Convatec market share in your assined territory

  • You advise the customers (nurses and stoma nurses) on all technical questions related to stoma management and care

  • You manage the regional potential clinical and non-clinical customers as key accounts

  • You conduct customer trainings and events

  • You efficiently plan visits of the existing customer base and identify new customers

  • You develop and maintain action plans (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing the territory performance to identify the needs and consequently implement actions to achieve sales goals

  • You demonstrate the ability to plan and organize time effectively

  • Compliance with all regulatory, clinical and industry guidelines

Travel Requirements       

  • Frequent travels in the assigned territory and to attend National company initiatives and events.

Language Skills Required

  • Italian: Mother tongue

  • English Fluent: (Speaking/Writing/Reading) will be highly valuated.
