Job Purpose:

Managing Sales operations activities with Distributors in Maghreb Markets

Job Related Experience:

  • Develop efficient RTM strategy in partnership with Distributor to ensure product presence.

  • Drive growth agenda of the markets aligned with over all Maghreb Plans.

  • Ensure Maghreb Local and Primary targets and ensure alignment with Forecasts.

  • Lead sales MIS dashboards and data analysis at total, country and sales rep level.

  • Early identification of issues through efficient data analytics and provide mitigation plans.

  • Custodian and Owner of SOPs & Policies pertaining to sales & distribution operations.

  • Responsible for regular Management Monitoring of the same and lead Maghreb audits.

  • Establish controls over sales & stock reporting and perform regular triangulation with primary sales.

  • Lead & maintain critical / confidential information related to distributor contracts, payment terms, Due diligence, TPO, DCF etc.

  • Track & update sales related data / critical business information for local & regional reporting and ensure data hygiene.

  • Spilt agreed sales KPIs aligned with over all Maghreb plans and approval from CM

  • Responsible to ensure delivery of forecast accuracy and bias targets.

  • Ownership of Customer contracts with regular updates.

  • Maintain and track all competition activities in the market including their launches, promotions, pricing etc.

  • EXCELLENT FRENCH LANGUAGE COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY TO BE Qualified for the role

  • Minimum 7 years of core Sales Experience with previous Sales Operations and Field Sales exposure. Experience of direct Distribution Management is mandatory.

  • Must have clear understanding of Retail Audit or Other data sources, with ability to drive actionable insights from it   

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of distributor operations.

  • Strong Sales Analytics and Forecasting abilities

  • Preferred Qualifications - If you have any of the following characteristics, it would be an advantage: Master’s degree/MBA
