Job Overview

Join our esteemed environmental team as a Senior Environmental Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality environmental services for midstream pipeline projects, including natural gas, hydrogen, and crude oil initiatives. This position is fully remote, provided that you are located within the USA. Candidates must possess experience with FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documents as part of their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects from initiation through to construction compliance.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in conducting environmental studies and managing permit applications (including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documents).
  • Liaise with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, attorneys, GIS analysts, and other specialists.
  • Engage with stakeholders and the public during hearings and community meetings.
  • Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and forecasting.
  • Pursue business development opportunities and participate in industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to uphold project standards.

Required Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental mandates.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-directed professional with strong organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental licensing and permitting specific to pipeline projects.
