Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population through telehealth engagements.
Conduct comprehensive intakes, individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy when appropriate.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Excellent assessment and counseling capabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Effective communication and documentation skills, essential for maintaining compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

Active licensure in Washington State as either an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is mandatory.
