Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriting departments, and other mortgage professionals to facilitate seamless transactions for clients.
• Conduct research on competitive mortgage rates and negotiate terms to identify the optimal mortgage products and lenders for borrowers.
• Manage and convert live inbound leads efficiently to expand your client portfolio.
• Negotiate competitive mortgage rates and terms with various lenders to secure the best options for applicants.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with real estate professionals and mortgage lenders to encourage referrals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the mortgage industry and ensure the currency of lending rate sheets.
• Submit application files to lenders on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate operations with mortgage professionals, including processors and realtors.
• Educate clients on various loan products and the buying or refinancing processes, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the loan process from origination to closing, along with familiarity with diverse loan products.
• Proficient in loan origination software and MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in real estate law, banking, finance, business administration, or economics is preferred.
