Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee processes to manage onboarding initiatives, nurturing robust client relationships throughout product implementation.
  • Encourage product adoption by sharing best practices and executing strategies for growth and optimization, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions.
  • Facilitate formal training sessions for external users and provide expert support across all product functionalities.
  • Collaborate on product research and service enhancement projects, offering insights to the software development team for technical improvements.

Required Skills

  • Comprehensive background in Financial Services, ideally possessing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems.
  • A minimum of two years of experience within the Financial Services or Finance sector is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management or financial services, enabling you to anticipate client needs effectively.
  • Dedication to mastering our platform to provide exemplary support to users.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a talent for prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
