Job Overview

As a Bilingual Global Mortgage Client Concierge, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service while advancing our mission to enable cross-border homeownership, particularly in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout their mortgage journey, guiding them from initial file opening to successful loan closure.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with excellence.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of credit policies and underwriting standards to facilitate effective support.
• Collect, organize, and verify necessary documentation from clients and partners to meet underwriting requirements.
• Collaborate with legal partners and closing vendors in Mexico to ensure accurate and timely property transfers.
• Ensure the precision of closing documents in conjunction with legal and closing teams.
• Strive to exceed expectations by delivering outstanding service and fostering a positive client experience.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in mortgage processing, preferably within non-QM lending.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with Encompass as an end-to-end mortgage processing tool.
• Demonstrated success in providing exceptional service and achieving turnaround time goals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and partners, particularly in a cross-border context.
• Strong technical skills and comfort within a nearly paperless environment.
