Key Responsibilities

  • Managing communications with clients' investors via email and phone efficiently.
  • Collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Conducting audits on investments, documentation, systems, and processes.
  • Performing additional related duties as required.
