We're Hiring Advisors with Ivy League Backgrounds and Experience in Project Management for High School Students!

✅ Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a top 30 U.S. university. Current master’s students are also encouraged to apply, with a strong preference for Ivy League alumni / top 20 universities.
✅ Seeking candidates with backgrounds in engineering, computer science, podcasting, and campaigns.

Role Overview:
As a Premier Capstone Advisor with Crimson, you will mentor students in developing personalized leadership projects that showcase their passions, creativity, and initiative—an essential part of their college application journey. Your primary role is to guide and advise students through the entire process of executing their Capstone Projects and ensuring they make a meaningful impact within their communities. Our advisors are paired on a student-by-student basis, with the control to accept or decline students as the mentor's schedules allow. This provides our advisors with abilities to manage their schedule around other commitments. Advisors are obligated to remain with students until their project has come to a close. Allocations are made based on subject compatibility, meaning that you will be working with students hoping to pursue a project in an area similar to your expertise.
Capstone Project Types:
We are seeking advisors with experience in the following types of Capstone projects:
Start-up (non-profit / business)
Applied Engineering
Podcast
App/Game Development
Campaign / Fundraising Plan
Responsibilities:
Work closely with students to create, scale, and complete their Capstone Projects.
Provide ongoing mentorship from project conception through completion.
Commit to students until their projects are finalized.
Collaborate with the Crimson global student team, and strategist and respond to messages
Ideal Candidate:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
A passion for education and mentorship.
Service Expectations:
Support students in submitting Capstone Leadership Project Proposals and Completion Forms.
Develop project management plans and conduct regular sessions to guide students in their project execution.
Collaborate with the Capstone global student team, and strategist and respond to messages to ensure progress and a positive student experience.
Compensation
The starting rate for standard Capstone leadership project mentorship depends on your professional experience and expertise, as well as any educational experience you can bring, such as having completed your top college application. You will be paid for the live session time you spend with your students. Please note that a standard, one-hour session will also include, approximately:
15 minutes of preparation time
10 minutes filling out a session summary
A potential 10-15 minutes of follow-up or research on behalf of your student
