Job Title: Data Visualization Analyst (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Data Visualization Analyst to become a vital member of our innovative team. In this crucial role, you will transform intricate data sets into intuitive and actionable visual representations that aid strategic business operations. Your expertise in business intelligence (BI), data visualization tools, and automation will enable you to develop impactful reports and dashboards. This is a fully remote position, offered on a contract/consultant basis, with flexible working hours primarily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Extended hours may occasionally be necessary based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain dynamic dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization platforms.
• Ensure clear and effective data presentations to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Utilize BI tools for comprehensive analysis of financial and operational data.
• Validate the accuracy and reliability of data utilized in visualizations.
• Communicate key findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data insights with business objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BI, data visualization, or related data analytics roles preferred.
• Must possess your own laptop or desktop for work purposes (equipment not provided by the company).
